Not Great The drinks were OK, the patio was nice, but the food was just not very inspiring. Stop by before a movie for a drink but move on if you want to eat. [17 Oct 2005 01:05:51]

this place is a joke i went here and dropped $50 for two on what amounted to barely above cafeteria food. the sauces were overcooked, the meats not fresh, and i felt absolutely nickled and dimed at this place. go ANYWHERE else on the strip and get a great meal! even the sangria was wrong! Horrible Customer Service At Lopez, the customer is wrong when the management makes a mistake. There was a printing error on the menu that caused me to order something that I found I didn't want when it was brought out. I pointed out the error to my server and asked to make an alternative order. She refused, saying that I couldn't just decide I didn't want what I ordered (regardless of the misrepresentation in the menu) and indignantly flounced off to get the manager.
The manager apologized noting the printing error and agreed that I should reorder. Due to the fact that my server was suffering trauma from politely being told that I didn't want the misadvertised menu item she was unable to return to complete our order until after she "calmed down". I requested a new server rather than wait. The new server brought out the order I'd returned bagged to go as a "gift" from the manager. While I didn't want it, I graciously offered thanks for the gesture.
Upon completing our meal and requesting a check for the 6 appetizers that we shared, I discovered that the manager had discounted his "gift" 50% and added it to our $50.00 appetizer bill ($2.50). Now why would this manager choose to insult and further erode my dining experience to gain $2.50??? Horrible!!! [02 Sep 2007 17:44:28]

We enjoy this local restaurant Good food--they have a burger made with Kobe beef that is wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive to our group. Will go back again soon. [21 Jan 2008 14:17:56]
