Great service, beautiful staff, delicious food I thoroughally enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was as hard working as they were gorgeous. The food arrived quickly and hot. I enjoyed their oversized salads as well as their buffalo chicken sandwich YUM! Their bathrooms were even clean!!! Great atmosphere to eat and enjoy time with your friends [19 May 2005 13:10:15]

Never going back I live down the steet from Euclid Panini's and have considered it a nice local hangout. However, due to poor service and terrible management, I am never going back! The servers are generally pretty friendly and quick, but the service I recieved on my most recent visit was horrendous. The server was rude to me and my guests and too busy to wait on our table. If there aren't enough servers to handle business on a busy weekend, hire some more. Even worse, the hot-headed manager with "short man's syndrome" (Urban Dictionary definition- An angry male of below average height who feels it necessary to act out in an attempt to gain respect and recognition from others and compensate for his abnormally short stature) seemed to instigate a brawl between a customer and about 10-12 of his other patron/friend's due to customer acting drunk & belligerant. The manager, other workers, and these men even followed the customer to the parking lot. It was an absolute embarresment to have witnessed this. If the manager can not handle drunk behavior better than this, he's in the wrong business. Next time, calmly ask your customer to leave, rather than threaten his physical well-being.
