Cook Shack BarBQ owner Walter McNabb has partnered with Matt Marshall, owner of Marshall's restaurant in Grandview, for a combination of BBQ, Cajun and extreme salad bar offerings. Besides the usual smoked BBQ meats with southern sides, a specialty of the house will be sauteed shrimp in a buttery Creole sauce. The salad bar will have around 24 toppings with a "Salad Adventure" priced at $6.99. The interior will resemble a barn with a private section for meetings and special events. The restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner.
