What Year Did We Get Here?
The food is typical for this chain -- nice presentation, delicious, and familiar enough to be comforting.

The wait staff is friendly, and knowledgeable.

The service time is terrible. A lunchtime visit took in excess of 45 minutes. Dinner service was a disaster on two occasions, more than an hour from the time the order was taken.

The food at Chili's is fabulous, and the new menu is exquisite.

The wait staff is friendlier than ever, and the meal was prompt on a lunch and dinner occasion.
