Great German Restuarant Excellent food and for the quality and quantity, the price is right.
Order the German Platter and be ready for a real taste treat, but be sure you are hungry. [01 Aug 2005 14:54:23]

Great Restaurant Excellent food, everything I have ever had there has been exceptional. Very small place, but cozy. Although the German food is excellent my favorite (if you can get their before they run out) is the Prime Rib. Best in Town [15 Jan 2006 18:53:14]

A Long Time Kent Fixture Henry Wahner's has been in the location long enough that an entire generation has been born and forgotten the building once housed a Red Barn fast food restaurant. Although billed as a German restaurant, Henry Wahner's forte is with Prime Rib, served in portions that would satisfy a lineman on KSU's football team. Come hungry.
Desserts are well worth ordering in the unlikely event you still saved a little room after the main course. [27 Mar 2006 17:52:11]

Fantastic Prime Rib The portions at this place blew me away. I can eat a lot and I had to take the prime rib home for two more eatings. The German saurkraut balls were tasty and the German Chocolate Cake was ome of the best I have ever had. I wish they accepted credit cards and the service gets a little slow when they are crowded, but I would recommend this place to anyone. [01 Oct 2006 16:15:17]
