What do you expect?
It's McDonald's after all. The food is the same, but the service is better than any other McDonald's I've eaten at. And it's cleaner than most.    [10 Jun 2004 18:22:24]

For years this McDonald's has forgotten items from our orders.
For years this McDonald's has forgotten items from our order. When we bother to drive back to the drive through, we always receive our missing items.

It is extremely frustrating that when you pay for items they are not included in your bags.

If I order an extra value meal and another couple of items. I actually want those other items, because I am hungry and would like to have a lunch that is not prolonged by having to drive back to the McDonald's.

The reason for my complaint today is that I called the restaurant 3 times to ask about the missing item. The phone rang and rang, then the phone was disconnected, each time. THAT is horrible service. Even if it is busy, they should have voicemail, or just answer the phone.    [13 Apr 2007 13:08:13]
