Needs work
Disappointing...went there years ago apparently under different ownership. Then it was fabulous, a real French bistro comparable to some of the best in large cities around the country. Now a country bumpkin type of place. Mediocre food at best, okay service. Is anything actually made on the premises. It all tasted from a can or premade.    [08 Jan 2006 08:07:12]

Great Restaurant
Not sure about the previous review, but our experiences have always been great. Good solid food with excellent service. We have been going to Peppercorns for eight years now (under same ownership by the way) and have never had a bad experience.    [23 Apr 2006 09:35:09]

worth a try
what happened to the french restaurant? mentioned in "needs work" review references Syd & Dianes Bistro that was very popular and outstanding in fresh food/preparations. the girls wore themselves out and closed.
Peppercorns is also great with betty's salad, great prime rib and yes, the mustard filets    [29 Dec 2006 18:57:25]
