An upscale Chinese restaurant, a considerable change from the space formally occupied by a place known as Jin Xing. The newly decorated space features white linen tableclothes, full service at the table, darker colors and an upscale menu. The menu features authentic cantonese specialties (i.e.: Roast Duck, Spicy Salted Shrimp, Steam Turbot Fish, etc), a number of chef's specials, authentic noodle dishes and specialty seafood. An example of the chef's special is the Mongolian Trio, which includes chicken, beef and jumbo shrimp saulteed with green and white onions in a Mongolian brown sauce. The upscale menu also includes such delicacies such as Peking Duck served with green onion on pancakes with a plum sauce. The spicier menu items are donated with a pepper. This restaurant will also make accomodations upon request including custom dishes if possible. They do not use MSG in any of the food preparations and fat or salt can be ommitted upon request. The grand opening of the restaurant (June, 2004)does not require reservations but accepted, however the popularity may pick up as others find out about the changes. Dinner pricing starts at 4:00 p.m. and runs from around $5.25 up to $24.95 for the Peking Duck. Most lunch entrees are in the $3 to $8 range.

A different kind of chinese restaurant in Columbus area
A new veriety of Chinese food this place look alot different from other Chinese restaurants. A sense of different once walked in. Really great service and afforedable.    [23 Mar 2005 01:53:11]
