Massie's Pizza

Award winning pizzeria main specialty is thin crust pizzas topped with fresh ingredients. Specialty pizzas include Cajun, Vegi, Mexican, White, Meat Feast, Hawaiian, Four Cheese, Buffalo Chicken and BLT. Wide variety of subs and salads. Other menu items include wings, spaghetti, lasagna and rigatoni. Prices run somewhat higher than other pizza places, however they have a popular following. The dining area is brightly lit and a party room is avaiable for private parties.

Great Pizza Most of the Time
Massey's is my favorite pizza, however the quality is not always consistent. Sometimes the sauce is different or the pizza is overcooked. Most of the time is it the great award winning pizza. They use cornmeal on the bottom and offer what looks like bird seed. I do miss the personal touch from years past, when the manager greeted you at the counter and knew most of the customer's names. This was typical of others in the chain, however I suppose the employee turnover has left this in the past. Overall still one of my favorite pizza places.    [13 Mar 2004 11:32:14]
