Fantastic Food and Great Prices
Stopped off the highway on a Saturday night fo dinner and found a wonderful restaurant that definitely served me with a "smile" Eat'n Park as the name would have it, does have you park first and I learned from my helpful server Lyndsey that it was a play on words from the chains origin in the 1950s. I began my meal with a specialty coffee drink suggested by my server and found it to be fantastic! Better than Starbucks! I found a 10oz Ribeye on the menu for $11 and gave it a try, and it did not disapoint! Perfectly cooked, and great presentation the meal was served hot, and extremely quick. Ten times faster than my local steakhouse. I did not try the Salad Bar, but it looked very clean, fresh and well maintained. My service was with a smile, and she offered several suggestion and knocked me out with something called Grilled Stickies Ala Mode. It was warm cinamon bread grilled and topped with ice cream and some kind of honey sauce. It was by far the best dessert I have had anywhere. The restrooms were clean, which I find very important when I travel, and the restaurant looked very clean overall. The hostess sold me on some stickies to-go, and my son received a smiley sugar cookie for just stopping by. Try this place next time you are near Willoughby Ohio.    [10 Nov 2004 00:43:39]
