Changes for the Worse
I've been to Scottie's in Worthington for 2 years and enjoyed the coffees, teas, pastries, music and atmosphere; and have noticed serious changes in the last month.

Some comfortable furniture has been removed and additional hard chairs were brought in to move customers faster. There is no longer a "bottomless cup" of coffee, but you don't know that until you get a refill and an employee shouts at you. What SHOULD happen is that when you purchase a cup of coffee, the new sizes are explained and the wait person adds cheefully, "And refills are only $1.00!"

What's up with the poor service? I noticed that only women are treated this way. Guys were coming in and paying only for one amall or medium cup and getting as much coffee as they liked with no yelling and no comments at all.

Amazing
Scottie's has been the BEST place to get coffee locally, and I respectfully disagree with every word spoken (or typed) in the review posted by this "FormerCustomer" on 10/09/05. Other than the recommended drinks even though I have a different taste in coffees. The service at Scottie's has NEVER said a word I considered anything other than kind. They comment I am contradicting made it seem like the service was sexist or anything other than perfect. Out of EVERY place I have EVER been to whether it be a store or a restauraunt Scottie's is my definition of PERFECTION OF SERVICE, FOOD, and AMBIANCE.

Absolutly amazing.
