bad customer service
I've gone there twice, the first time, with only a few people there at the time, they set my family and me next to the kitchen door with workers streaming in and out continously and that was the good visit there.

The second time, I ordered a baked potatoe with my meal and it had a rotten spot the size of the end of my thumb in it. The manager's response, when I asked for him, was a half-hearted apology followed by an insulting $5 credit for my meal.    [25 Mar 2007 05:28:52]
