Not Very Good
I had better expectations from this place than what I got for my money. Service was way too slow but not the fault of my server. I had the Laredo combination dinner which included two beef enchiladas, a tamale, and a taco with rice and beans. The beans were the highlight of the meal. They tasted good and fresh. Everything else seemed like it was pulled out of a can. The tamale was not homemade and had some sort of ground meat in it rather than the shredded pork or beef I was expecting. The beef filling for the taco was odd as well as for the enchiladas.

Maybe that's why my meal took so long. Their can opener broke and they had to go buy a new one. I should have tried the fajitas instead.    [29 Mar 2008 20:25:23]
