I've eaten there 2 times, the first a couple of years ago and the food taste really good. Then I ate there on 2/28/04 at 12:30pm-and the food was plain plain. We both got chicken over rice, the chicken was dry and the rice had no flavor at all unless we added the hot dip. We were both disappointed in the food and the service-had to wait long periods of time for everything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my last visit.    [01 Mar 2004 10:45:34]

El Adobe is a great Mexican restaurant with incredible prices.
My wife and I have lived in Atoka Oklahoma for 11 years now. When we do decide to go out and eat, El Adobe is probably our first choice every time. As far as Mexican food is concerned, they are super cheap, and the food is great. Why travel an hour to eat at Salitas or garcias when you can eat for cheaper and better in your own home town. If your ever in Atoka and in for some slow prepared delicious mexican food come to El Adobe, where the locals eat..    [20 Feb 2005 15:04:18]

my wife is from Atoka, we live in San Antonio,Tx when we come to atoka we eat at the El Adob the food is very good.
