Great food, great price
I have been a regular at Alvarado's for at least 2 years now, I believe. The service is great, the food is great, the price is great.

The owner is always there to make sure everything runs smoothly, although the wait staff is excellent and very friendly. I don't think I've every had my glass come anywhere CLOSE to being dry there. I have had several of the dishes there. The fajita's and quesadillas and other main dishes like that are great, but so are some of the lower prices burritos and such. The chips are wonderful and so are the homemade tortillas. This restaurant never gets the attention that it deserves, but I highly recommend it. The best Mexican food I know
I have been a regular for about 5 or 6 years. I ate there at least once a week before I began to work there. Now that I live in Pennsylvania I know that Alvarado's has the best Mexican food. I have tried many restaurants in PA, NJ, TX, and OK. Nothing compares to Alvarado's Mexican Restaurant.    [20 Nov 2003 12:07:41]

Simply the best!
Carlos Alvarado runs the best Mexican restaraunt in the greater OKC area! He serves only the choicest food that can be found. I highly recommend this low-key establishment to any visitor!    [13 May 2004 17:30:51]
