The Best Food in the World
Everything we had was absolutely magnificant. From the steak to the margaritas to dessert, and don't even get me started on the service. We had Chelsea as our server and she was an absolute joy. Even if the food was not very good we would come back just to see her smiling face again. As far as I can see your restaurant is completely flawless.    [08 Mar 2003 01:49:01]

Very Poor Service and Rudeness
At first the waitress was very friendly. We ordered and our order was warm but not "good and hot" when it arrived. We arrived early, therefore the restaurant was not that busy. There was plenty of waitstaff present. After our meal was finished, it was approximately 11:30. After having been told about the wonderful desserts, we were confused why we were not asked if we wanted dessert. We then asked, and the waitress did not suggest anything or tell us what was available. We asked, then, if they had fried ice cream. She said yes. We had no idea what size it was (some restaurants have huge sizes, some have small), she then said: "You can split it." without giving us any idea of what it was, what it looked like or how big it was. We agreed to split it. "It" was delivered out to us in a cheap plastic dish (something I would not feed my dog in) with 2 spoons stuck in it. Considering the table width (we could have to slide it across to each other to eat), and considering I didn't feel comfortable sharing a plate with a business associate, I asked her if she would mind bringing an extra plate. She flashed a smile and a few minutes later plopped a plate in front of me. We had to "saw" the dessert (which had a shell) without even a knife. We were both very disappointed in the lack of consideration and care we were shown, since this restaurant had been recommended to us by the president of our company.    [04 Dec 2003 07:18:11]
