My wife and I have been dining 1 or 2 times a week since the Mustang location opened.
At first things were clean. The wait staff was attentitive to your needs. The food was prepared well and at the appropriate temperature. In general a very nice place to go.
In the last 3 or so months we have noticed that the overall cleanliness has went down hill. You had a significant number of the wait staff that left and new were added. Several of the new wait staff personel haven't a clue what their job is. The food is not the quality or quantity that it should be recently. Tonight my wife and I each had a Chickent Ceasers Salad. We also ordered a loaf of bread. I didn't think to tell the lady that was waiting on us that we didn't want the bread brought out early. I guess I "assumed" that one would know that the bread should have came out with the meal. The Chicken Ceasers salads were both prepared on plates that had to be just recently taken from the dish washer, the salad wasn't cold and crisp. The quantity of the greens was rediculous. While there was enough to cover the bottom of the plate, thats about all I can say for it.
The manager came by and asked me how our dinner was tonight. I told him that it wasn't one of Harry's better nights. I did not as him to, nor did I expect it but he didn't charge for one of the salads in an effort to mend the fence.
It is not my intent to have any one chewed out, fired, shot or anything. I have been dissatisfied for some time and tonight was the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak.
I would appreciate it if you would review the cleanliness of the dining area floors, tables, booths and chairs. I would also aske that you review the training of your staff. I also have felt that a more positive attitude could be shown by all.
My wife and I moved to Mustang 2 years ago to build the new Police Department facility, and the Town Center facilities at Wild Horse Park. I am the superintendent for the General Contractor. Until you opened there was nothing, other than fast food, available here in Mustang. We were very pleased to see your resturant open. Before the Harry Bear's was closed at 23rd and Meridian we and dined there frequently since the mid '80s. Thank you for your time [14 Sep 2002 01:18:25]

My husband, My self and our 4 children finally came to Harry's in April and we really enjoyed everything food, service, atmosphere, it all was so good, so good in fact that in May we took my parents, my aunt and my cousin. And it was even better than the first time. We sat near the bar and the waitress and bartender were awsome. My Dad really really enjoyed himself. In fact, so much that we were there over 2 hours just eating, visiting and enjoying ourselves. The waitress even showed Dad different ways to fold a dollar bill it was so neat. Tomorrow night we are leaving for Vegas and have decided that everyone (all 10 of us)are going to meet at Harry's. That is how much my Dad, who makes all the decisions, enjoyed it. Thanks so very much Harry's for all the effort you put into pleasing your customers. Keep up the awsome job. The Thomas and Kelly Families [07 Jun 2003 21:58:33]

Eat at Harry's at your own risk. most of the time we try it, at least one of the meals is terrible. The waiters try to remember what you order instead of writing it down. . so of course, they seldome get it right. Often, they don't even know what is included with the meal you order. My office manager was actually served a steak that was clearly past it's time and actually smelled bad. Don't look up or around too closely or you will see a lot of dust and dirt. We occasionally eat there for lack of any place else to eat, but it's common joke in the family. . "do we dare it tonight?" [18 Feb 2005 17:52:22]
