Worth the trip to Oregon! Everytime I visit Corvallis, I make a point to dine at Evergreen Indian Restaurant. They always combine my favorite ingredients to recreate family dishes that I've grown up enjoying. My local colleagues always enjoy coming to Evergreen Indian Restaurant, and say it's one of their favorite restaurants. [19 Oct 2004 16:21:13]

Because of the flavors Evergreen is by far my favorite restaurant. Whenever I go to Corvallis, I find it very difficult to bypass Evergreen without stopping in to enjoy a good, filling, easily digestible, and spicy meal. I recommend this place to everyone. [05 Aug 2005 22:42:21]

Excellent Variety Make sure to get there for the lunch buffet so you can try everything out. There is a wide range of flavors and levels of spiceyness, so there is certain to be something for everyone. [31 Aug 2005 14:37:50]

Mmmmm, tasty. Evergreen Indian restaurant is the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of Indian restaurants. I used to frequent Swagat, when I lived in Portland, but this definitely tops that. Plus, no cockroaches. Anyways. Every dish I've tried has been very flavorful and delicious. Just the right amount of spices. The buffet is also neat, because you can get a to-go box for $5. Top quality, great price, Evergreen is the way to go! [07 May 2006 13:24:51]
