Beautiful Pinot Noir
Panther Creek is a wonderful small-production producer of ultra-premium single-vineyard Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. After a recent visit, I was stunned to experience the quality of their wines. We were bowled over by the single vineyard bottlings from Shea Vineyard, Temperance Hill and Freedom Hill Vineyards. Plus, their Reserve, which is only available from the winery is an absolute divine wine made from only two barrels of one vineyard. Also, this winery is located in a turn-of-the-century former powerplant which makes for incredible ambiance. Michael Stevenson is the winemaker and his heart and soul are evident in this wine!
