Description

Moderately priced, family restaurant with a wide variety of Italian dishes ranging from plain old spagetti and pizza to more exotic specialty dishes. Simple atmosphere: White table cloths and classical music in the background, some orchestral and some opera. One large dining room but seldom noisy. Reservations are good but usually not necessary for prompt seating.

Who's the chef?
I always enjoy eating at da Vinci's, especially trying their specials of the day. The chef is obviously skilled in preparing dishes to taste their absolute best. Certain foods that could easily be ruined by too much of this or that are superbly handled by this artisan. My compliments!    [24 Feb 2000 19:49:30]
