Sourpuss
After having our company Christmas party nearly ruined by an overworked (2 shifts) sour attitude waitress, we were overcharged on the tip. She made the evening into a waste of $700.00.
Your person in charge, Jean, did not once offer an apology, instead defended Carla as "a veteran" waitstaff and couldn't believe that she wasn't wonderful to us. I am so disappointed with Jean's attitude that I will not do a return visit even for our monthly Sunday brunch. She did not have to agree with us, she simply could have listened and offered symphathy for a crappy party. Never Again, thanks Jean and Carla famous veteran waitstaff.    [25 Dec 2002 14:04:26]
