Lunchmeat for sandwiches is not sliced fresh. Pizza sauce comes from a can.Only thing I could recommend is the Thunderbird special sandwich.    [29 May 2005 08:26:00]

Best Cheese Steak in Delco!
What a great little restaurant. Perfect for the family. There was so much to choose from. Milkshakes were great, awesome wings, the cheesesteak was perfect. The kids were able to get personal pizzas which they loved!! They are celebrating 50 years this year. I was told to keep my eye out for the big celebration in Oct. 2006!    [29 Mar 2006 21:23:59]

Best Steaks and Hoagies in Delco
Been going there since 1956 what more do I need to say Love the steaks, and hoagies, and now have been treated to breakfast just like mom used to make.
Bill does a great job 4 generations of my family go to the Bird as we call it.

Best Food in the area
I have been going to The Thunderbird for years. The food is always fresh and tasty (unlike the previous review mentioned? ). I think there quality is tops. The cooks and servers are great. My favorite is the wings and pizza. The TBird is the most reliable pizza shop    [02 Oct 2007 08:35:27]
