My 16-year-old daughter and her friend went into this Hoss's. My daughter is a very petite young lady and can only eat small portions of food. She wanted the kids meal chicken fingers but was unable to get it because the hostess said it was for 10 and under. So I was forced to buy a full meal and waste half of it. I think it is unfair that a parent or any one that does not have a very big appetite should be banned from the smaller portions. I never had a problem before getting a kids meal for her until they remodled the store. I would appreciate it if the rule was changed. Some people just can't consume much food. She only weights 95 lbs. If this is not addressed, I will not be visiting this establishment again and I frequent it at least once or twice a month.    [21 Aug 2003 18:42:42]

My family has been going to Carlisle's Hoss's Steak and Sea House for years to celebrate birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and other occasions. We love the atmosphere, the service, and the food! We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The servers are exceptionally nice and any meal you order that you can't finish at the restaurant, they will happily box it up for you so you may take it home. This happens frequently because there is a wide variety of food at the salad bar! I've never been disappointed with this restaurant.    [13 Aug 2004 17:39:43]
