Just Can't Get it Right
Being a new resident to Carnegie area I thought I'd try each pizza shop at least once. My misfortune was to try Raya's first. A large with mushrooms and pepperoni. couldnt get that right, they forgot the mushrooms. Three days later I tried again. Large with mushrooms, pepperoni and garlic butter sauce. This time they forgot the garlic sauce. Called to complain and the manager says what do you expect we don't normally offer the garlic sauce and besides you got your mushrooms free. No I didn't, I paid last time but I just didn't get them. That will be the last time I try RAYA'S    [26 May 2003 13:55:40]

Support your local pizza guy
Like to discover the local pizza guy and keep the cash in the community. Since moving to the area, we have been ordering from Raya's pretty regularly.

We have found the crust to be outstanding as well as the sauce. No need for extra cheese, a great balance between toppings and sauce. Sausage is great--it tastes like sausage.

Service is great, delivery punctual--aside from a couple of incidents, but they called immediately, made new pizza and have never taken longer than an hour to deliver.

Subs are also good. Order the Italian extra crispy for excellent taste.
