Good Family Meals. Roast sirloin is exceptional for last minute dinner plans. Best part is drive-through especially if you don't have anything ready to cook for dinner and you are on your way home from work.

They don't deal well with special orders though. I asked for a salad without cheese on it and at first they told me they couldn't do that. After I questioned the logic on that they said, well yes we can, but you'll have to wait. They were very relieved when I agreed that this was acceptable.    [19 Sep 2005 13:01:45]

Unable to plan
I rescind my previous review.

I went to BM's drive thru window yesterday. Patiently waited in line behind someone who was unable to make up their minds as to what they wanted, placed my order, waited for the other person to get situated with their food, and was told at the window -- sorry, we're out of what you wanted.

I ordered their new roasted sirloin dinner. The one they are advertising like crazy on tv. Wouldn't you think they could plan enough in advance to make sure that at dinner time they have roasted sirloin available?

The previous time I went there I ordered a half gallon of their premium lemonade. Again, at the window, gee... we don't have any lids for the drink container. Would you like something else?

Who is this manager?!
