Amazing bruchetta This chain has been a very nice addition to the Cranberry Township atmosphere, one I have enjoyed greatly.
The atmosphere and menu is typical of all the Bravo restaurants, however, this branch seems to be the best from service to food preparation and taste.
For starters I recommend the bruchetta. It is no longer on the menu, but will still be made (don't ask the folks at the Waterfront location). This very rich appetizer is excellent Italian bread covered with a smooth cream/cheese sauce, herbs, baby shrimp and artichokes. The best bruchetta I've had anywhere.
The gorgonzola crusted filet is excellent, the pork chops and lamb are also very good, but my heart really belongs to the scampi-style filet, cooked to perfection and covered with baby shrimp and a wonderful garlic sauce. Served with garlic mashed tatters and green beans, how could you go wrong?
Salads are also excellent as are the pasta dishes.
If you have room, which I rarely did, don't forget to try one of the wonderful desserts, including creme brulee.
The parking situation is awful. [02 Nov 2002 09:48:40]

Horrible experience My husband, my two children and I just got back from dining at the Bravo in Cranberry. What a horrible experience. When we got there, a group of employees were standing at the front door complaining about their jobs. Shortly after we sat down our waitress "went home sick." I used the bathroom which I could literally smell going down the hall to it. It was very disgusting. No one waited on us for quite some time and when they did, it was the bartender. The bartender got busy and could no longer wait on us so out came someone else in plain clothes. Don't know who that was. The food (we got Pizza) was awful. It was paper thin. More like an appetizer than a meal. All the other children in the restaurant got balloons at the end of their meal. My kids did not. I had to go to the front and request them special. I don't understand it because many people have told us that this place was good. I will never eat there again. They've got management problems for sure. [03 Sep 2003 12:58:08]
