A lot of pizza for the money
We ate here for lunch the other day and got the lunch special. They give you one quarter of a 16 inch pie. It took two plates to serve it. The ambiance is cool. There's a great mural on the wall showing a scene of second street at night. Its also a good place to get a late night bite to eat.    [18 Oct 2004 23:54:32]

Cardboard with sauce
The lunchtime special which runs you $2.50 or $3.00 costs you $5.00 during wee hours of the morning. The pizza truly tastes like cardboard with sauce, even after plenty of late night beers in you from the local bars. Plenty of people eat here after the bars close, but I'll assume its the guys and gals with beer goggles who just never hooked up and have decided on blowing their cash on anything to soak up the beers in their bellies. To all the lushes: go get a dog from the street vendor about 50 ft. away. At least it tastes like what its supposed to be..    [11 Jan 2005 23:15:04]

2nd Street pizza
I ordered from there once before and had no problem. This time the guy on the phone was not only rude, but he made it sound like I was crazy and was inventing stuff up that wasn’t on the menu. There is a reason it says “Specialty Pizza Slices” which means you don’t have to order an entire Specialty Pizza. What I got was a plain cheese with bland cheese steak pieces and huge green peppers hastily thrown on top of it. I’m never ordering from there again    [23 Dec 2005 17:57:36]

2nd street pizza
I like the cheese and the guys working there are a-ok with me. Go there for the food and a place to rest your achings dogs for 20 minutes or so    [23 Feb 2006 12:18:11]
