You must dine at I have never been to Italy, but this place made one feel as if one was in a restaurant in Italy. The food and service was excellent. What I like best is that you can interchange sauces and dressings. If a meal came with a marinara sauce, you could substitute alfredo. The same with dressings on salads. Deserts were heavenly and there was an extensive wine list. Price was above the average, but I don't mind price when the quality/quantity of the food was so good. I look forward to going back. It was fairly crowded even though we dined on a Tuesday evening. [07 Mar 2002 12:22:39]

Try the chinese place next door. I've always loved Bravo, I've had excellent meals at the Cranberry Township and McKnight Road locations. But the last time I was at this location, they seemed to have run out of garlic and substituted salt. Everything was salty, from the appetizers (they wouldn't make the old bruchetta which Cranberry will) to the soup to the entrees. Very disappointing.
The atmosphere is very nice, and I love being able to sit outside even on chilly nights as they have nifty heaters on their patio.
This is an excellent restaurant, they just need to omit the salt and go back to lots of garlic. [02 Nov 2002 10:39:41]

Flatbread to die for Everytime we have gone to Bravo, we have always had a great culinary experience. We always get the original flatbread (It's not on the menu, but just ask them). The greens with a balsalmic flair just mate with the flatbread in the best way. The Tomato Basil Bisque is incredible while the Creme Brulee is a piece of heaven. Anyone who goes to the typical "Italian" chain restaurants needs to come to Bravo to get a true experience of phenonmenal food. [11 Aug 2003 09:19:17]

Flavor explosion in your mouth Chicken Parmesan is my favorite Italian dish. I get it everywhere, but no restaurant has ever compared to the dish at Bravo. It's served with an herb pasta that, combined with the chicken, is like an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Start with a caesar salad that has the perfect amount of caesar dressing and it's a perfect meal. Even the bread and oil mixture they put on the table while you're waiting for your food is amazing.
