Reconsider another place.
First, I would like to say that Blair Mill's food was adequate, and the facilities themselve par for the course, but I think for the money and experience was less than average. Susan the sales manager was very, very, patient and nice. But for the rest of the staff, ie. the matradee, bartenders to be exact. Were, unprofessional, rude, for the most part made what was suppose to be care free, happy occasion into disappointment for the groom and bridal party. For example the matradee, called the police on the groom, purely because the groom was upset with the miss leading handling of their drinking policy, "no shots." Ok, "serve them on the rocks." But the bartender did not agree to serving multples and refused to serve the drinks. Listen the bride and groom's occasion, give him a break. He paid for this occasion. The least that you could do is give him a couple of drinks, instead, he gave attitude and talked on his cell phone. In addition to this he was on his cell phone even before this particular incident while guest waited for his service. I could go on and on, but I would like to add one more thing. Lastly, please be careful and read the contract. Topshelf to the Blair Mill Inn is Calco Jack and not Captain Morgan, also Smirnoff/Absoult and not Grey Goose and Kettle ONE.    [13 Nov 2006 15:45:17]

Wedding of my dreams!
Our October wedding at the Blair Mill Inn exceeded all of our expectations. The food and service was outstanding. Our Maitre' D was so helpful. Because we were taking pictures, we arrived later than our guests. We were met with hor dourves (sp?) and a server brought us cocktails while we relaxed in the bridal suite. The hor dourves were the best we ever had. We loved our bartenders and had no problems whatsoever. Many of our guests said it was the nicest wedding they had ever attended. We researched and visited 9 different places for our wedding (we had a three year engagement!) and got our dream wedding with the Blair Mill. We didn't have to sacrifice eleganace to stay within our budget. The value is incredible, and could not be beat! The Perfect Wedding
I had my Wedding at the Blair Mill Inn last month ( December ). It was the perfect affair from cocktail hour until the end. The food was great. The staff could not have been any more helpful & proffesional. My husband and I were extremely happy and all of my guest had nothing but good things to say about the Blair Mill Inn.
