Sunday Night Smorgasbord
We stopped for dinner last Sunday and found the German food smorgasbord availalble (only Sundays from 4 to 8 p.m.) We took the opportunity to sample some of the many German specialties, saubraten, knockwurst w/sauerkraut, pork roast, turkey w stuffing, goulash with spaetzles, prime rib, german potato salad, fresh garden salad, and the BEST desserts this side of the Rockies all for $15.99 per person. The food was awesome - service excellent, excellent food, friendly employees, etc. We can't wait to go back.    [11 Nov 2003 23:10:55]

I ate here twice last week and was very impressed. INCREDIBLE selection of German beers, some I have not seen outside of Germany. I ate at the bar before the dinner and late night crowds set in, so I can't comment on service in the dining room during their busy times. Food was very good, authentic German dishes. Potato pancakes were outstanding. I'll definitely eat here again.    [26 Feb 2001 16:08:49]

Great place to eat
Food cam out hot and taste was delectible. Had the "Ultimate Filet" which is Filet Mignon topped with crabmeat and crumpled bacon and served with onion rings.

The meat was cooked to perfection and literally melted in the mouth. The taste and texture of the beef in combination with the clean, succulent crab meat was really incredible.    [25 Feb 2004 03:19:56]

Service sucks
I think they have the worst service ever. If you dont know the owner or the managers then good luck getting your food at a good timely manner. I do not recommend eating at this place.    [26 Jun 2005 13:20:16]

Always a great meal
Otto's has great comfort food - you know the kind Mom used to make. I never had a bad meal there.    [01 Oct 2005 12:26:59]

Has become a yearly ritual
Visiting Otto's has become a ritual of sorts for my wife and me. Every year on my birthday we visit the Sunday buffet. Love the food, love the ambience, we're always thrilled to return there.    [10 Mar 2007 15:19:27]
