Circa 1800's stone factory has been transformed into one of the truly authentic local farm to table establishments on the East Coast. Flow offers chemical free meats, poultry, dairy and vegetables prepared daily to reflect the season with our own in-house Bakery + Restaurant Farm.


The 16 ft. solid oak bar in FLOW dates from historic Mauch Chunk in the mid-1800's and was originally in the West End Brewery, once located a stone's throw up from the Carbon County Cultural Project.
