Wow, This Sucks!
I had a Rax hamburger the other day and let me just tell you that this burger was so dry that I felt like I was eating sand. Not even a glass of soda could make the burger moist enough to gorge down my throat!    [13 May 2003 11:11:00]

Rax is rude!!!
They are rude and dont care about customers. This is the second time we were there that they gave us a problem. First time, the manager was put off with us coming in because she was busy cleaning. Very rude. Today we went for a quick lunch and the cashier forgot my drink and sandwich at the register, however called it back. When the food was brought to the table my sandwich was missing. We asked about it and were told that she would get back to us. We waited and nothing. Then, my husband went up and the the girl said 'um, I dont know it wasnt on the ticket' when we asked for a manager we were told that she was on duty- and couldnt talk to us, then my husband approached another girl and she told us we needed to go back in line (A long line I might add) and order and pay. Needless to say, I am pregnant and had only fries and a drink. We left. They didnt handle this very well and I will not go back there to incompetent employees and managers.    [29 Oct 2006 13:46:38]
