Dissatisfied customer
My family and I have went to Wendy's in Johnstown on Broad street. We will never eat there again! We always get our food cold or we don't get what we ordered. Today we got a Big Bacon Classic, It was raw in the middle so my husband took it back. He got another one and also got no apology and was treated very disrespectfully. This burger was also not done, so he took it back to get his money back and still there was no apology, and he was also smirked at by the employees when they saw him coming. I am sure this is not how you want your business represented so, I thought that someone should be aware of this. I am not exactly sure what can be done to correct this problem. Rude Drive - Thru Server
On Tuesday evening 10/15/02 at 5:30pm I went to the drive thru window to get some food for myself and my daughter. After ordering our food it was then my turn to reach the window, I didn't really look at the prices so when I got to the window I asked the young lady who was taking money how much did the Biggies Fries cost and before I could get it out of my mouth good and shouted at me "We don't take orders at the window", I said, "I just wanted to know the price of the fries". Well she then said "the prices are on the board" now mind you there were about 4 or 5 cars behind me. She turned her back on me and did not answer. There was another young lady who came up that was bagging the food so I asked her the price and she told me how much they were. She asked the first person why she didn't tell me the price and she said "she didn't know the price." Her attitude was very unprofessional and discourteous. How can someone work in a fast food restaurant and not know the prices on food items?    [16 Oct 2002 01:03:57]

Wendy's is great
I must say eating at Wendy's was a good experience for me. The cashier was very polite in taking my order and the rest of the employees seemed very helpful and friendly. Overall I was very pleased.    [24 May 2004 23:55:56]
