Not a good day On Sunday, Nov.10th, I was in the process of taking my son back to college, along with his girlfriend, and we decided to celebrate my son's midterm grades of 3.8 GPA. I asked him where he wanted to eat and he choose Red Lobster. This turned out to be a disappointing experience. After we waited approximately 30 minutes to be seated, which wasn't to bad for a Sunday evening, we began to order appetizers and our main course. The waitress brought our salads and walked away. Guess what was missing? Our eating utensils. We had to catch the attention of an associate waiter to find our waitress to bring the utensils. I ordered a beer. I received a beer in the bottle and was never asked if I would like a glass. Sorry, I don't drink out of the bottle. Next our appetizers arrived and again an associate had to be asked to find our waitress to bring small serving plates. Lastly, when the main course arrived, again the waitress walked away immediately and didn't inquire if we would like any bisquits. Yet again, we asked an associate to find our waitress for bisquits. Needless to say the food wasn't as tasty. I'm not sure whether it was because of the service that we didn't enjoy it. Needless to say the customer service was unacceptable. I usually enjoy Red Lobster with my coworkers once a month, however, I am hesitant about frequenting this establishment at this time. I surely hope this was just a bad day. [13 Nov 2002 18:08:18]

Red Lobster was GREAT!!! This was my first time at the Red Lobster in Lansdale. I've been to the one in Philly plenty of times and I was never satisfied. The food I got at Lansdale was made to perfection. I asked my waitress to give my compliments to the chief. His name was Manny and i'll go there anytime he cooks. [12 Dec 2005 10:52:32]
