Onwer was ignorant to me
I Ordered 4 Cheesesteak hoagie Wraps and got 4 Cheesesteak Wraps. Owner gave me free sandwiches at next order. I always get delivery and often plus I tip the drivers extremely Well. At time of ordering my free sandwiches the owner wanted me to come in to pick it up and would deliver if I took care of the driver. How ignorant to tell a customer to tip a driver after tipping the driver well the 1st time and getting the wrong order. I would have tip the driver anyway because he did not screw up my order. I LOVE Franco's. They are my favorite pizza place and I missed them terribly when they were shut down because of the fire at 711. The service is great (I pick up and they are always happy to see me), and the food is delicious.    [10 Nov 2006 16:42:39]
