CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to Lonestar 2/14/2003. We were given a beeper and went to the bar. We ordered drinks and the young lady who was serving us asked if we wanted something before we sat down for our dinner. we ordered our drinks and something to snack on. Our drinks came and we were told it would be just a few min. until our snack would be done. great service right. Within 1 min. of that we were told by the young lady who gave us our beeper that we would have to move because they had a couple who were willing to sit in the bar and eat instead of waiting the 45 min - hour for a table. With that our snack came and was placed on the corner of the bar. How do you hold a plate, a drink and hold you coat at the same time. I could not believe it. When we told the lady we did not feel we wanted the snack she told us you ordered it, and walked away leave the plate on the corner of the bar. When we did get seated it was 15 min before a young lady came over from another table and asked if anyone was helping us. Her tables were on the other side of the room so it was not even her table. She tried to do some service recovery, but by this time I was upset.    [15 Feb 2003 13:38:00]
