What Happened To Customer Service?
The OWNER (Michael Mitchey) is rude and obnoxious! We were seated at a table for six (two of our friends were delayed and could not join us after all), our food was about to be delivered (the waitress was holding the tray) when the OWNER came over a very rudely told us that we had to move because we told them there would be six of us and there were only four! One of my friends commented to the OWNER that he was being rude and he promptly commented that he did not care what we thought! I stated that this would be our last visit and he forcefully answered that he did not care; did I really think this would impact his business? After moving to our new table (our food had already been delivered there) the OWNER came over and told us to JUST LEAVE!
We did!
I'd like as many people as possible to prove to this arrogant man that poor customer service DOES AFFECT HIS BUSINESS! [11 Jan 2001 14:16:13]

Food is good pub food and service is usually OK. The owner can be touchy but he treats everyone the same from his employees to his customers. Don't feel he did anything special to you! [26 Dec 2003 19:22:43]

Love this place
It's nearby to our office and the food's good. Service is usually pretty quick and the waitstaff is always nice (and especially accommodating of our one coworker who orders very selectively). Been going there since 1998 and have taken my folks there too. Never a problem. Love the decor too - am a baseball fan and love the Casey-at-Bat theme... [11 Dec 2006 13:20:52]
