This is the place to be in the 'Burg! Excellent service, fine selection of great tasting entrees and specials, very clean, relaxed atmosphere, great live entertainment, excellent friendly staff. This should be your #1 pick in The 'Burg for the finest in family entertainment and dining! [03 Oct 2002 17:23:07]

Service Sucks My boyfreind and I went 1/17/03 at 8:30pm. While we knew we had to wait 25 minutes for the food, I felt that we were neglected by our waitress and that we did not have to wait that long for our salad and soup! I also felt we were overcharged since we know we can get better service, more food and, a better price at Red Lobster. [18 Jan 2003 12:33:21]

Baltimore House a Big Disappointment Had supper June 21, 2003 with my wife at 7:00 p.m. She will write a separate review. Bucket of Mussels was a poor presentation - a soup bowl half filled with melted butter and with nothing to put shells into after eating. Had to put used shells on my bread dish. Quality of mussels was fair, a little undercooked. Salad was good. Nice variety of vegetables, and dressing was very good. Bread was warm when served, but very average. Clam chowder was the worst I've ever had! Tasted like pure flour (proably used to thicken broth) and I found one clam. Took two spoons and couldn't do anymore. Would have rather had a can of Campbell's. Stuffed flounder was a huge disappointment. Expected a nice filet, but got three small strips of flounder wrapped around alleged crabmeat filling. Was more bread and spice then crabmeat. Also, presentaion was very unappetizing - it was served in a small metal bowl of grease and butter rather than on the dish. I asked for tabasco sauce and waitress brought Frank's, saying that's all we have. What kind of seafood house has no tabasco??
Aside from the food, the band was doing their sound checks during dinner. If I would have heard one more "Check. Check. Test. Test." I think I would have screamed.
Overall, it was very poor, and we will never return. Neither will our friends. [22 Jun 2003 15:38:32]

Trick or Treat! Baltimore House Masquerades as a Seafood House. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to comment on a dining experience. My husband and I had dinner at Baltimore House on June 21, 2003. My first impression when we arrived was that this seemed like a fun place and that the food was going to be excellent or at least above average. This is a restaurant specializing in seafood, right? Turns out, the only thing going here is the decor. Everything else was downhill. I am NOT a fussy eater and generally it would be hard for any restaurant to find a way to disappoint me. Baltimore House made it unbelievably easy. The food wasn't the only bad thing - the service was equally bad. My husband received his appetizer while I sat waiting for my shrimp cocktail appetizer (which, when we asked if they had forgotten it, we were told that I would have to wait for it until after my soup came because "that's the way they do things here.") So, finally the soup came. Well worth the wait if I had been waiting for wallpaper glue. Okay, maybe soup wasn't their strong point. Neither was the shrimp cocktail. Overcooked shrimp to the point of being mushy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse my lobster with crabmeat stuffing arrived (along with the useless cheap plastic lobster cracking "tool" that had to have come from a box of Cracker Jacks). One thing worth mentioning that they do with their lobster that other restaurants do not -- they burnt it! I guess it's easy to figure out how the "imperial crabmeat" stuffing tasted so I won't bother to comment. The next time I go here, I won't. [22 Jun 2003 16:42:39]

Beautiful Restaurant and Nightclub Love the Baltimore House. First time there last week and found the food and service awesome. Loved the sushi bar! Was surprised to see they had bands on weekends as I thought it was only a resturant. Positively going back to see Airborne and Vicious Cycle. It's fantastic that my favorite place to eat is also going to be my hot spot night club!!! Wish me happy dining and dancing.
PS: I want the classic yellow Harley parked in the downstairs bar [31 Jul 2003 21:19:09]

Worst Crab Legs Ever! After having driven by the place enough, I decided it was finally time to try it out. Bad decision. The staff was friendly and prompt, and when I saw the all-you-can-eat crab leg special, I thought I was set (Although even at this point I felt it seemed a bit pricey). Then I tasted them. Those chinese buffets for $6.99 had a better quality of crab legs, and at least those are usually cooked! After forcing down a couple platefuls (just to try and get my money's worth) I knew that this would be my last visit to the Baltimore House. [24 Sep 2003 14:13:28]
