Really Great Place!
Brownie's was a very casual place. Our family felt very comfortable eating there. Mrs. Brown seated us at a big table. She was funny and really nice. The food was great. We had huge burgers, a nice steak and my husband had a chicken fajita. The burgers were huge. The kids menu was simple, but had what our kids wanted...grilled cheese and ice cream. They had their own beer, too, Brownie's Lager. That was good. The prices were reasonable. We will go back there often!    [06 Jul 2003 21:22:22]

Definitely Go There!
We eat at Brownie's every time we go to the Poconos, about five times a year for a few days. It's close to 80 so it's easy to find.
The food is always very good and nicely served. It is a "locals" place so you really feel welcomed there. They even treat our kids good!
The food is always fine. We usually have a seafood or steak dish if it is on one of their specials.
They have a real big, busy bar, too, that makes wonderful margaritas!
We'll go there evry time we're in the Poconos.    [27 Aug 2005 20:42:55]
