Sooo Sad...
When I moved to PA from North Jersey, I knew there would be one thing I would miss the most: the amazing bagels. When I scouted out the area, you could imagine my chagrain to find no bagel places around. Well, then I found the Bagel Factory!

And let me just say, it was the biggest dissapointment of my life. A plain bagel with cream cheese costs $2.00. That is insanely overpriced! Not only that, but the bagel is literally the size of a Lender's bagel. They are never oven-fresh, and have obviously been sitting on the rack for a while (even in the morning). They put a dollop, at best, of cream cheese on the bagel. If I am going to pay $2.00 for a bagel, it had better be warm, huge, and loaded with cream cheese.

So in closing, go to the supermarket and buy a package of bagels from the deli section. They will be better.

one word- Amazing
The other person who reviewed this place is clearly an idiot. They have delicious warm, large bagels, and have a variety of cream cheeses including vegetable. They also have bagel sandwiches, basically little bits of heaven, you get it with a bagel, your choice of breakfast meat, cheese and egg, they are amazing. This place is a little expensive but trust me, they are delicious.    [23 May 2007 17:41:48]

Poor Customer Service at Bagel Factory in Wayne
The Bagel Factory in Wayne has very poor customer service. The employees who work there are always engrossed in chatting !! They forget to give receipts. They even forgot my order !! And when I reminded them, they gave me entirely different than what I had placed !! When I called to complain about it, they said I could take it higher up but there is nothing they could do about it !!    [03 Aug 2007 15:03:47]
