Description
Changed name again but still...
Chef Georges Perrier named this restaurant after traditional farmhouses or "le mas". It offers a Provencal menu in a relaxed setting, reminiscent of a country inn. The restaurant features 12-foot vaulted ceilings, walk-in stone fireplaces, a rustic lounge with exposed wooden beams, an indoor courtyard, and banquet facilities.

Le Mas Perrier The food was all right, but cost over $100 for two people. [11 Jan 2004 09:13:47]

Not as good as the reputation of the chef I went to George's this evening with some business colleagues for dinner. The bar area is very nice and my drink was prepared adequately. There were butlered appetizers while we waited for our table. I ordered the Tomato and Mozzarella salad which was more lettuce than Tomato. I have ordered many Tomato and Mozzarella salads and this was by far the worst I have ever had. I was expecting (so was my colleague) large slices of beefsteak tomato with slices of mozzarella. This salad was mostly green with chunks of “marinated” tomato with crumbled mozzarella on top. I really did not enjoy it. It also came with a piece of crouton which was tasteless. I ordered the scallops with grilled veggies. I scallops were acceptable however the grilled vegetables did not have a good flavor. My dessert (the chocolate cake) was good but nothing special. I was really disappointed at this award winning chef’s restaurant. [31 Jul 2007 21:08:29]
