Quick Good Food A very popular and crowded diner. Weekends you should get there before 9:30, or expect to wait. Constant companion enjoys the Wayne special - eggs with a cheese sauce, homefries that are actually cooked, and ample slices of bacon. I vary from waffles (ok), to pancakes (ok) to french toast (better) with the occasional grilled corn muffin. The vanilla shakes are a marvelous panacea for the prior nights activities. One of the things we usually joke about is whether they can beat their best record of serving our food in 6 minutes. That's fast. [12 Nov 2002 18:24:59]

MMMMMM OK, so this is my place...but there's a reason why Minella's is so popular. It defines the word diner in every way. And nothing beats the 1.75 fried egg sandwhich with pickles and chips. [12 Nov 2003 02:29:35]

Minella's Main Line Diner After the old Minella's was moved to Florida, a new building and new service were brought here to Wayne. The new Minella's has better help, the ambience is more pleasant and clean, and the food was definitely better. The first time I came here I ordered fried calamari, which had a nice taste but was invariably soggy. The second time I went I ordered french toast, which came out much better and had the soft texture that I enjoy. The dishes arrived quickly, and our waitress continually checked back with us to make sure that our food was to our liking. While still a diner, Minella's has definitely improved. Minellas is no longer just a diner in my book. I consider it a casual restaurant. Only problem is that when I go elsewhere to eat I end up saying how much better Minella's is. [02 Aug 2004 03:50:12]

Horrendous service, horrible manager This weekend we were yelled at by the so-called Manager/Owner because I was dissatisfied with my meal. In short, the person called my friend "woman," threw our receipt at my husband, and was the most obnoxious person I've ever come into contact with. I will never go back. [23 Nov 2004 17:54:35]

Simply the best! I love Minella's because where else can I get breakfast at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night? All of their food is exceptional. Service is great and their prices are reasonable. Never saw a 27 hour diner that was so clean! [16 Mar 2007 08:39:56]
