A Tiny Gem in Wyndmoor
This is an unimpressive hole-in-the-wall take out restaurant which manages to produce some of the best food Wyndmoor has ever seen. Everything is freshly prepared, including the roasted turkey featured in many sandwiches and specials. It is all good! Imaginative, delicious home-made soups are available and each day features a special sandwich with cup of soup for under $8.
There are terrific hoagies, steak sandwiches (beef and chickn), and salads, as well as an impressive variety of other hot and cold sandwiches.
I have not tried their platters but if they even approach their other dishes in quality they must be good.
Prices are extremely reasonable and service is fast, efficient and pleasant.    [07 Aug 2007 11:51:14]
