The best food ever
This place has the best food on the island. Most definitely get the potato skins!!! They are the best! The food leaves you feeling satisfied and makes you want to come back for another meal. If you're on Block Island, you better go to Mohegan Cafe at least once!!!    [17 Nov 2001 14:26:49]

Great Brews!
Did a day trip to Block Island on our New England vacation last week. While there we stopped in at Mohegan Cafe and Brewery to try some of their beers and catch some shade from the early September heat. Loved the island and really loved the brews, food, and service at MC&B! I highly recommend the sampler of their own brews...most interesting were the Apricot Ale (definitely a good summer beer) and a Chili Pepper Ale (nice spice and flavor without going for the killer heat). Love the Chili Pepper Ale
I was on Block Island two weeks ago and ate at this establishment while there among other places. It has the best food on the island and some interesting house brewed beers. The most interesting of these beers was the chili pepper ale which accompanied my salmon dinner quite well. Great place!    [10 Aug 2006 20:09:25]
