The BEST fried clams!!
Horton's has THE best fried clams!
Light and crispy batter, melt in your mouth!

Gets crowded on the weekends and in the summer.

Horton's Is Not Gorton's
This is The Place for fresh local seafood. My favorite-- no matter how tempting the other offers-- is the fried oysters-- tender, lightly coated, fried to perfection, served HOT, every bite a small piece of oceanic paradise. Decor is down-home family style, always clean, always friendly; my companions have enjoyed baked scallops and other tempting-looking non-oyster dishes. Horton's also serves two nice light white Portuguese wines, worth trying. Desserts & non-seafood items are OK. If you like oysters don't miss this spot.    [28 Jun 2007 13:56:45]
