clone the owners Why don't more restaurants do it like this? Quiet, tranquil music, good service, superb food.

I'll be back soon What a gorgeous setting, unforgettable. The bartender, Tom, made my night a hit. Didn't mind waiting for my table with such an cool al fresco bar. The place was packed and the barkeepers kept their cool. Dinner on the porch was fun. Great service, terrific food. The owners didn't miss anything. [04 Aug 2007 11:25:44]

Good but not the same I've been a long-time customer and was there recently (with some friends) within the last month. The food was good, veggies and potatoes with demiglaze were very good, steak wasn't cooked to order but it was fine. The calamari is "so much" better now. It's more traditional than the soggy calamari from last year. I travel in from out of town and, find that it is a friendly place to go & sit at the bar, although the bartenders are new and seem hurried and out of sorts. I'm not sure what happened to Meg and Tom. I asked the bartender, Jill, I think her name was, she really didnt pay much attention to us. She said sharply "they don't work here anymore". I missed the friendly welcoming conversation. They were a great team on Friday night and the place has lost a lot of "fun". I was used to going there alone and with friends, getting introduced to everyone at the bar, laughing with the bartenders and having some good conversations with the patrons. If anyone who reads this knows where Meg or Tom is working, can you let us know. We definitely would like to follow them, instead of looking for another friendly haven. [09 Dec 2007 16:09:21]
