A bad experience I visited Roccos Sat Feb 4 2006 with my wife and 2 young kids (2 & 5). We arrived at 5.20pm and didn't get served until 6.00pm despite the resturant being only 10% full. We prompted the waitress twice because my 2 yr old was getting hungry and eventually got the appetizer after 40 mins (plain garlic bread. One of the pizzas then arrived cold and the wrong soup was served. No deserts were available as 'they haven't been delivered yet'. The manager's attitude was dismissive, stating they were busy with take out orders. I was promised a discount which amounted to 2 soft drinks and 1 portion of garlic bread! Overall, this was a poor experience that I won't be repeating. [05 Feb 2006 07:21:25]

A good experience - Change in ownership and quality Having been to Rocco's in the past and not having enjoyed it, we were hesitant when a friend suggested that we try it again as there had been a change in ownership. My wife and I are certainly glad that we took the chance. Every time we have been there we have thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. The menu is quite varied and we have yet to have anything that is sub-par. The wait staff is friendly and accomodating and do not appear to get flustered at anything happening outside the norm. We have been going there once or twice a month since the end of 2006 and see no reason to stop. [11 May 2007 07:24:34]
