Not a Bad Place for Lunch The convienent location makes up for what the place lacks in service. This is a good place to have a sit down lunch, and being just off Market Street it is within walking distance to most hotels. [09 Jul 2002 23:35:15]

Horrible Experience Wine was not poured by server; entree for one of the four diners arrived 20 minutes after other three diners were served; water was not replenished; final bill was inaccurate and had to be corrected twice; server was not available to correct various other problems. Comfortable Italian We have dined here fairly often and always been satisfied. Recently we had Veal Saltimboca and Ravioli Arrabiata. Both dishes were well prepared, but the sausage in the ravioli sauce was very spicy (the waitress did warn us about that). The service was friendly and fast. Had an enjoyable meal. Food Was Great, Service Okay The food at this restaurant is very good. However I was disappointed that they only offer unsweetened iced tea. The atmosphere is nice and casual, but the service could be a little better. [10 Jun 2005 18:01:46]

Michigan Chef Misses Boccis As a professional chef, I'm into the whole dining experience. Even when I'm out with friends (usually other chefs) relaxing and headed into a restaurant, I find my professional eye making sure everything is just right. I moved to Charleston in '96 and moved back to Michigan in '98 and probably spent 80% of my dining expieriences at Bocci's. Atmosphere is immpeccable, salad and bread always fresh, entrees (the manicotti is ridiculous) are served hot and promptly... I'm actually headed back down this summer to vacation with friends and Bocci's will be on the list of "things to do!" [19 Jun 2005 17:54:37]
