Blue Cactus is GREAT!
I love this restaurant. It caters to meat-eaters and veggies. Gives you many options. Service is slow, but they give you warning: "Arrogantly slow!" The food is home-made after you order it from fresh, delicious ingredients. Lots of veggies. Not expensive!    [07 Dec 2003 22:34:33]

Finest restaurant in the Carolinas
The Blue Cactus is a truly superlative neighborhood restaurant. The food is exquisite (wonderfully hot, home-made Korean in the main); the service top-notch; and it's the perfect place to gather with a group of friends, or settle into reading a book over dinner; and all for around $10!!
