Since opening in 1989, Motor Supply - in the heart of the Congaree Vista has served up fresh and innovative food. Located in a renovated engine supply building from the late 1800s, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Motor Supply's menu changes twice a day.

Best value in Columbia for upscale dining
I was traveling through Columbia and asked some locals for a recommendation. I was lucky they sent me to the Motor Supply Co. Even on a busy Friday night, the service was efficient and friendly.

I sat at the bar and the barmaid, Faith Hill (that was her real name) suggested the roasted red pepper with goat cheese. It was excellent. My filet was equally great and was cooked to perfection.

I'm told the menu is changed every day to take advantage of freshest ingrediants possible.    [21 Jan 2006 13:49:57]
